The goal at Viaggio, LLC is to facilitate healing toward a healthy body, mind, and spirit using three complementary modalities.

Cellular Release Therapy® (CRT®) clears and resolves the physical and emotional impacts of life experiences of any kind, which were difficult at the time.  These experiences can include physical or emotional abuse, injuries, illnesses, surgeries, and emotional states which may have persisted into the present.  CRT® is a powerful stress relaxation and reduction technique which can be used to clear various conditions, such as sleep issues, weight and eating issues, habitual and addictive behaviors, difficulties in specific relationships, life-long topics such as feeling not good enough, and a variety of other condiditons.

Clearing the experiences or conditions and the causes of them diminishes the reactivity of the neurological and emotional systems, and maximizes the ability to benefit from the following two therapies.

​Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex®  (P-dtr®) is a product of the original thought and investigations of orthopedic surgeon, Dr. José Palomar. This work recognizes that the neurological system develops compensatory measures in response to trauma which registers in the body.  It uses a comprehensive system to locate involved receptors and re-educate the neurological system to restore normal, pain-free function.

Massage therapy is soft tissue work focusing on relaxation and maximizing the body's fundamental design posture to eliminate pain, reduce stress, and improve circulation.

When utilized togther in this way, these three therapies can significantly improve an individual's quality of life.
